Tattoo Services and Client Requirements

Tattoo services are provided in accordance with applicable California laws and health and safety requirements.
Clients must meet applicable age (18 years+) and identification requirements. Required client information, health questionnaires, and informed-consent documentation must be completed before tattoo services are performed.

Website content and booking confirmations do not replace required in-person consultations, informed-consent procedures, or aftercare instructions.
