Information you give me

Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe for flash updates, studio events, guest spots, and availability, I collect your email address. It's stored in my Squarespace account and used only to send those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email me to be removed.

Emails you send me. If you contact me through an email link on this site, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it to reply, plan your tattoo, and keep a record of our work together.

Booking. Appointments are booked through my Square booking page, a separate site run by Block, Inc. Information you enter there is handled under Square's privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Cookies and analytics. This site is hosted by Squarespace. Some cookies are always used because the site needs them to work securely. Analytics cookies, which help me understand visits (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived), are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link on the site.

Spam protection. The newsletter form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Map and fonts. The studio map is provided by Google Maps, and the site's fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads.

How your information is shared

I don't sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the services that run this site and my business: Squarespace (website hosting, newsletter, analytics), Google (reCAPTCHA and maps), Adobe (fonts), and Square (booking). I may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

  • Ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing lebovidgeaudrey@gmail.com.

  • Manage cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

  • Do Not Track: this site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, Square, and other sites I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
